Wednesday, May 15, 2019 — TORONTO (May 15, 2019) — TheCanadian Football League (CFL) released the following statement:
The CFL and CFLPA have reached a tentative agreement on a new collective bargaining agreement, subject to ratification by the players and approval of the league’s Board of Governors. We will have no further comment until those steps have been completed.

Training camps open on May 19 and the 2019 season begins on June 13 when the Saskatchewan Roughriders face off against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
