Mark played with the Montreal Alouettes in 1970 and 1971 and with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in 1972. He was traded to Ottawa in 1973 and played there till 1976. He was a much recognized CFL all-star and a real team leader. Mark was very active in the community and a fan favorite.
During his career, he was a member of 4 Grey Cup-winning teams (1970, 1972, 1973, 1976). He was a great person and will be missed by all who knew him.Mark had dementia-related symptoms and was living in a long term care facility. He was just recently afflicted with the Covid 19 virus.
A celebration of life ceremony will be held at a later date and information in that regard will be forwarded when the details are known.
